Introducing Our 2025 Digital Wellbeing Leadership Interns

This summer, we will welcome the first cohort of Generation Remix college interns! The Generation Remix Internship Program aims to empower college-age students to become leaders in designing solutions that activate youth leadership towards a safer and healthier digital world for children. These interns will emerge as the centerpoint of a youth leadership flywheel that connects near-age peers in a cycle of mentorship, learning, and leadership. We have a diverse group of 10 interns from multidisciplinary backgrounds in psychology, human development, public affairs & health, communications, neuroscience, and tech joining the team for an 8-week intensive experience.
During the first part of the program, our interns will hear from experts to explore the correlation between recent tech and mental health trends. They will also build a foundation of design thinking, product, and leadership skills as social entrepreneurs, working with serial entrepreneurs focused on impact. Our team will then work in project groups to execute on the priorities which emerge from our design thinking work. At the end of the internship, these interns will work with teen changemakers, sharing what has been created, getting feedback on the solutions, and preparing these youth changemakers to activate their communities. We are thrilled to bring this team together to fuel our youth-led digital wellbeing movement!
